· All Tasks at levels II, IIa, and III will be performed in Corporate Office by Staff Writers

· Client will have a Media Kit on the ATMS website with link to client website and vice versa.

· Client will be entitled to distribution of six Press Releases. Releases will be posted on client’s Media Kit and be distributed through the ATMS Media Messenger as well as posted on Media Kitty. ATMS will provide client with applicable primer and template. Client will provide ATMS with releases.

· Client will be entitled to distribution of three Press Trip Announcements on the ATMS Media Messenger during their contract year. Announcements will be posted on client’s Media Kit on the ATMS Website, and be distributed through the ATMS Media Messenger as well as posted on Media Kitty. ATMS will provide client with applicable primer and template. Client will provide ATMS with Press Trip Announcements.

· Client will have a Media Kit on the ATMS website with link to client website and vice versa.

· Client will be entitled to postings on the soon to be instituted NEWSFLASH Newspaper Messenger, distributed to Top Newspapers, Freelance writers and News Syndicates around the U.S. ATMS will provide client with applicable primer and template. Client will provide ATMS with releases.

· Client will be entitled to second release of original six Press Releases to applicable regional newspaper lists.

-Client will be assigned to an individual ATMS account manager to deliver the following services:

2. An individual Media Calendar, orchestrated between client and account manager at time of signing or renewal with ATMS.

5. Six Press Releases to be written, posted, and distributed by ATMS Account Manager.

6. Three Press Trip Announcements to be written, posted, and distributed by ATMS Account Manager.

8. Postings on the soon to be instituted NEWSFLASH Newspaper Messenger to be written and distributed by ATMS Account Manager.

9. Second release of original six Press Releases to applicable regional newspapers.

10. Monthly pitches to be written and submitted to ATMS targeted list of master publications.

11. Weekly pitches to be written and submitted to ATMS targeted list of top newspapers.

12. One best ‘pitch’ posted to their Media Kit each month, distributed on the ATMS Media Messenger.

13. Pitches and Press Releases submitted to multiple contact lists of category publications and internet sites.

· Creation of an international distribution list specific to the client’s needs, targeting up to 35 foreign countries with your message

· Schedule one press trip annually for client for television interview(s) as available
